About Image to PDF

Image to PDF places each image on its own page and combines them into one PDF. JPG and PNG files are embedded without re-encoding; other formats such as WebP are converted to PNG first so they display in every PDF reader.

How to use Image to PDF

  1. Add one or more images by dropping them here or choosing them from your device or camera roll.
  2. Reorder the images — each one becomes a page in that order.
  3. Choose a page size (fit to image, A4, or US Letter), orientation, and margin.
  4. Select Create PDF and download the document.

Examples

Receipts

Photograph several receipts and combine them into one A4 PDF for an expense report.

Lossless screenshots

Use Fit to image to keep each page exactly the size of the screenshot.

Limitations

  • Animated GIFs use their first frame only.
  • HEIC photos are supported only in browsers that can decode them (currently Safari).
  • Camera JPGs that rely on an EXIF rotation flag are re-encoded at high quality so they appear upright; other JPGs are embedded unchanged.

Privacy

This tool processes everything locally in your browser tab. Your input is not uploaded to Utilhex or any third party, and it is discarded when you close or reload the page. Read the privacy policy for details.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded?

No. Images are read and assembled into a PDF inside your browser tab.

Does conversion reduce image quality?

JPG and PNG images are embedded byte-for-byte, so quality is unchanged. Other formats are converted to lossless PNG. The only exception is a JPG that needs EXIF rotation, which is re-encoded at 92% quality.

What does Fit to image do?

It sizes every page to match its image (at 72 points per inch), so there are no borders or scaling.
